APRON COLLECTION

A series of Aprons that represent the different facets of transformation I experienced  from girlhood to womanhood. Specifically influenced by living in a latin household and simultaneously honoring the matrilineal history of textile work in my family.

The apron serves as a layer that can be placed on and off the body.  Like many insects that shed their exoskeletons periodically, these transparent lace  aprons are meant to capture the different facets and stages of transformation in femininity.

Lace Aprons Featured in Collection Issue SS22.
